Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. As a small business, if you have any issues with your order we would love the chance to make it right. If you need to process a return, please send us an email! We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@gladandyoungstudio.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Your item is made with love by real human hands, not robots. If for some reason your item was received with any damage or in error, please let us know and we will make it right immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items (including custom marbled colors) & international orders are FINAL SALE. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to handle an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
