Partnerships + Events FAQ

Q: Who can attend a workshop?

In short, anyone! We offer a variety of workshops that cater to many crowds. Young, old, friends, co-workers… the list goes on! Workshops range from a 30 minute bracelet making class to a 2 hour marbling workshop. For more information on what we offer, please visit the Corporate Gifting + Events  tab on our website.

Q: How many people can you service at my event?

This is on a case-by-case basis. We like to have two staff members on site for every event. We recommend additional staff members for larger events to make sure every guest has a memorable, personal experience.

Q: What if I want to include my company's logo or colors?

Let's do it! We can create a custom stamp with your logo or custom artwork.

Q: I have an idea for a product, but I don’t see it offered on your website. How do I go about having it made?

Send us an inquiry at custom@gladandyoungstudio.com! Our talented design and production team truly creates magic, and would be thrilled to help bring your idea to life.

Q: Can everything be custom stamped?

Not quite. Custom stamping can only be done on heavier weight leathers, like our vegetable tanned and oil tanned options. However, foil stamping can be done on most of our products. Send us an inquiry if you would like more information.

Q: What is the difference between marbling and painting in workshops?

When marbling, we use a water based solution and leather paint to dip-dye our leather. When painting, it is in the traditional sense, just using leather specific products. We will always use the terms painting and marbling appropriately to describe an activity.

Q: How far out should I book an event?

Our ideal timeline is six weeks out. This way, we can work out the details together and make sure we get items into production in a timely manner. In a time crunch? No worries, reach out directly and we can discuss details and timelines to find a solution.
